Sunway was Monash University's first international campus. Located 18 kilometres from central Kuala Lumpur, we have more than 5000 students. Sunway has a vibrant, global atmosphere - about one quarter of the student body is international.
See the Sunway campus website.
The campus opened its gates in 1998. We boast the latest teaching and learning facilities, specialised laboratories, a library and a student centre. Sunway is home to six schools:
Monash provides financial help to students from our Australian and South African campuses to study at Sunway. We encourage students to live on campus at one of the three residences.
The Sunway campus is a dynamic community of scholars. All academic staff engage in academic research, with particular strengths in Asian business strategy, Islamic economic development and social transformation in Southeast Asia.
